The first step is to share some of your planning with me. It's okay if some of your ideas change along the way.

Jot down the following:

• The type of data you're choosing to represent
• The attributes you plan to include in each of your objects
• How you might render your data

You also could include how you might analyze your data, but if you're not sure yet, you can defer this until later.
